Aries on the Cusp

On the Cusp of each house is a zodiac sign, this sign infuses the house with that energy.

Aries on the cusp will infuse the house with a go getter, action oriented, impulsive and possibly argumentative energy.

Aries is ruled by Mars; God of War

When Aries is on the Cusp this makes Mars the house ruler; look to see where Mars is placed via house and sign for additional insights.

Aries on the 1st house cusp: You have a noticeable personality, you are a leader, and you are good at initiating tasks though may at times lack the ability to follow through. Others see you as intense with a powerful personality. You act first and think later. Some with this placement may struggle with headaches. People may think you are angry even when you are not.

Aries on the 2nd house cusp: You have the drive to pursue financial goals, because Aries is an impulsive sign you are also inclined toward impulsive spending.  You are passionate in defending your beliefs. This placement is ready to fight over any perceived threat involving the native’s sense of security. If you do lend others money make sure you have clear stipulations regarding a repayment plan.

Aries on the 3rd house cusp: You are assertive in speech and can sometimes be argumentative. You have lightening fast ideas and learn very quickly. This is one of my “I like my truth straight no chaser” placements. You may not be known for your tact and diplomacy but you are direct. This placement may argue with neighbors and siblings and has to watch for verbal altercations with others.

Aries on the 4th house cusp: Home life may have been combative; it is rarely quiet with this placement. Relationship with the Mother figure may have been contentious. It can also suggest someone ready to fight on behalf of their family; protecting them at any costs. If this placement is close to the IC a person may suffer from repressed rage. Perhaps they were taught that anger was not appropriate; it is best to find constructive ways to work through internalized anger.

Aries on the 5th house cusp: You like being active, pursuing creative abilities and enjoy sports unless otherwise indicated. This placement also loves the thrill of the chase in love affairs. They are natural risk takers unless the native has a prominent Saturn. This placement can be a sore loser they like to win at all costs.

Aries on the 6th house cusp: This placement can suggest you want to be your own boss and/or you struggle with coworkers as well as superiors. This person is best suited working independently and not a part of a team. To work off excess energy you should have a workout routine where you can blow off steam.

Aries on the 7th house cusp:  Relationships can be quite stormy. Sometimes this placement suggests marrying someone in the military or police department. Be aware of what you tolerate in personal relationships; it is one thing to seek excitement it is another to tolerate abuse. Also with this placement I see partners that remain semi independent with each having their own interests.

Aries on the 8th house cusp: This can suggest disputes over money this can be with spouses, banks, loans and inheritances. You may work in a field related to 8th house things; professions involving other peoples finances, medical billing, something involving wills and other matters related to death. This placement is dignified and also suggests quite a strong sex drive.

Aries on the 9th house cusp: This placement isn’t scared to stand up for their beliefs even if they stand alone. You may find yourself arguing over political ideologies and other belief systems; this person can benefit greatly from pursuing higher education

Aries on the 10th house cusp: One of my top placements for a person that should be self employed or the boss, this placement is not for someone working in a subordinate position unless the ruler of the 10th is in the 6th. You may feel like you have to fight your way to the top. Others may see you as someone willing to do whatever necessary to get ahead.

Aries on the 11th house cusp: You may experience challenges in friendships; if Aries is linked to war this energy is filtered into the 11th house and can suggest combativeness with peers. This energy is best spent leading a group toward some sort of global or community change. Take a step back on occasion and allow others to make plans.

Aries on the 12 house cusp: You may find yourself always on the side of the “underdog”’ this placement can suggest fighting on behalf of those that can or will not fight for themselves. This placement also suggest misdirected anger. It is very important for those with Mars linked to the 12th house to learn how to direct their anger. Also watch out for day dreaming and planning without ever taking any action. Make a plan and follow it out.
